Research interests

To review the role of the Food Safety Supervisor program in improving food safety in food premises

This study evaluates the effectiveness of the training program of Food Safety Supervisor (FSS) in improving knowledge of food sfety and the comsumer's safety and determines if the FSS produce significant impact on food safety handling in small-to medium-sized food premises.
